I've always liked to tinker, and over the past couple of years I've really turned it up a notch. My background, skill set, and passions are primarily mechanical... I'm a knuckle dragging mechanical engineer, but I'm dragging my knuckles straight into the future trying to expand my horizons in the digital age and pick up some rudimentary programming and electronic skills. Hello World!
As a teen and young man I avoided learning to program computers like the plaque. I thought I was too cool for school.
I'm kicking myself now, lamenting a misspent youth. I can't seem to get much past the hello world stage, but someday...
