Obviously the intent is to grow the member base.  Higher projected rates would impose an immediate higher pressure to grow in order to lower the individual member costs. These values are provided in order determine the worst case scenario/highest-cost possible.   If you see a property below that you like but cost seems prohibitive, help us grow and get your friends to come join us.  Since the Maker Station Inc is a GA Non-Profit organization, operating costs are divided across member dues.
